By accessing ToyForge (www.toyforge.art), you agree to comply with these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your uploaded sketches do not violate any copyright or intellectual property rights.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Credits purchased or assigned under subscription plans are valid for the billing cycle and will be consumed during AI generations (3D modeling, texturing). Purchases are processed securely via Creem and are governed by our refund policies.
You retain all ownership rights to the original sketches you upload. The 3D models generated through our service are licensed to you for personal and educational use based on your selected tier.
You are strictly prohibited from using ToyForge to create, generate, upload, distribute, or share any content that is NSFW (Not Safe For Work), adult-oriented, pornographic, sexually explicit, obscene, lascivious, or depict sexual violence and exploitation. ToyForge maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards adult/NSFW material.
By using our platform, you acknowledge that we leverage automated filters and content moderation technologies to screen prompts and outputs. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to immediately terminate or suspend your account, block access to the platform, and confiscate any remaining token credits without warning or refund, if you violate these content safety requirements.
You agree not to upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
We strive to maintain ToyForge availability and performance but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to temporarily restrict access for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
